Salon Policies

Please read our salon policies before booking an appointment with us, this will ensure you understand how we work to avoid any confusion when visiting us.

Blush Hair and Beauty Salon strives to make our treatment accessible to all clients which becomes even more affordable when clients decide to take advantage of our discounted pre-paid packages. Therefore, while refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the UK Consumer Law (for example if our service or product is faulty), we do not refund for change of mind or change of circumstance. We are confident you will be provided with the best treatment based on your initial consultation.

In circumstances when a client cannot continue treatment for any reason, they may redirect their prepaid package towards other treatments at the salon.

We do not refund for change of mind, if you found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you simply don’t like it or have no use for it! Here’s a closer look.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics
  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit
  • In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited
  • Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the UK Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded. We don’t refund for change of mind.
  • Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill are exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.
  • In order for us to provide you with great service, it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.

Prepaid Treatment

  • If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or other treatment areas.
      • Pre-pays have a 12-month expiry date (less than 10 treatments) or an 18-month expiry date (10 or more treatments).
      • 48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
      • You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

Deposits for Appointments

We like to take deposits for larger bookings, for example, hair extensions, weddings, colour correction and Keratin smoothing. This is pretty much standard procedure within salons now to help ensure our talented team doesn’t lose out from ‘no shows’ as this really impacts their income.

Deposits will be deducted from the overall price once the service has been carried out. Deposits are fully refundable/transferable if 24 hours’ notice is given for any cancellations. We understand everyone has busy lives, as soon as you can notify us we will our best to rearrange appointments so both you and the team are satisfied.
